NEW INTEGRATED VOICE SYSTEM FOR METRO LIGERO OESTE

Scope: 

 

Design and implementation of an integrated VoIP system for Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO). Our solution aggregated intercom and telephony systems wihtin a single control system, thus being integrated with additional support systems, such as fixed (4000 cameras) and onboard CCTV (6000 cameras) and audio console. Novation services included the maintenance of on-board communications systems.

Design, supply, implementation and commissioning (including migration) of an integrated VoIP system allowing our client to integrate and manage all voice-based service (telephony, intercomms) within a single platform – thus resulting in a centralized and coordinated management of services.
This platform was seamlessly integrated with additional corporate systems of our client: communications, CCTV, SCADA, office-computing systems. These services make use of processes and resources provided by the remainder of the systems for resource-optimization.
This project included systems, hardware and software update, thereby integrating the affected systems within existing client’s infrastructure.
